If you like the idea of cooking without alcohol here is the #recipe for the sticky turkey with sesame. Diced turkey dipped in cornflower, then egg, then plain flour. Shallow fry in pan or wok until golden. Drain and put aside To the pan add: 2 tbs rice vinegar 2 tbs dark soy sauce 1 tsp of ground ginger, garlic & paprika 1 tbs of dark sugar Big dollop of tomato ketchup Add an eggcup pf either lemon or orange juice ( i prefer lemon). Then add the cooked turkey back to the pan for 2 minutes whilst tossing in pan. Serve with chopped spring onion and sesame seed sprinkled over the top.
