'Pork Menudo is a dish that is always present at the dining table in every hometown fiestas. It can also be seen on every special occasion. There are a lot of variations in this menudo recipe. Today, let me share with you my pang fiestahan-style menudo that is surely a crowd-pleaser. Here are the ingredients: 3/4 kilo pork kasim, menudo cut 1/4 kilo pork liver 1/4 cup soy sauce for menudo cut 1/8 cup soy sauce for pork liver 2 tsp pepper powder 6 pieces kalamansi cooking oil 5 pieces regular hotdog 2 medium carrots 2 medium potato 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 large bell pepper, chopped 1 pack 200 grams tomato sauce 1 cup water 2 tbsp liver powder 1/2 tbsp annatto powder 1/2 cup grated cheese 1 piece pork broth cube 2 pieces bay leaves 2 tbsp brown or white sugar 2-3 tbsp butter 2-3 tbsp fish sauce cayenne pepper (optional) NOTE: COOKING IS ALL ABOUT YOUR TASTE.
