'Jeungpyeon (rice wine cake) - Rice cake that is fermented with alcohol to produce a light texture And good for warm days because it doesn’t go bad easily #KFOOD #Mukbang #Jeungpyeon [Cooking ingredients] Rice flour, Sugar, Salt, Makgeolli(rice wine), Water, Perilla oil, Cooking oil, Sesame oil, Black sesame [Recipe] 1. Add rice flour 5 cups, sugar ½ cup, 2 pinches of salt, makgeolli 2 cups, water 2 cups 2. Mix and stir the ingredients 3. Put plastic wrap over the dough and ferment for 5+ hours 4. Mix equal parts perilla oil, cooking oil, sesame oil 5. Evenly oil the baking molds 6. Fill pans only 70% so the rice cake doesn’t overflow as it cooks 7. Sprinkle some black sesame as a topping 8. Let the dough rest for 20 more minutes after placing in molds 9. Steam the dough on Low heat for 10 min. — High heat for 20 min. — Low heat for 10 min. 10. Oil the plate so the Jeungpyeon won’t stick 11. Brush the top of Jeungpyeon with oil
