'#IndianFood #Diet #WeightLoss Being a Keto Youtube channel with a substantial amount of Indian viewers (though only 18% of them live in India) I constantly get questions about whether or not they can eat lentils (dal) or rice or chapati (flatbread). They basically miss their typical home cooked Indian meals and I keep telling them that it\'s not this food that is making you gain weight it\'s probably all the junk you eat which results in a calorie surplus causing you to gain weight. So I decided to track macros and calories and eat home cooked Indian food for a week and see if I could lose weight. So this is my journey. This is episode 3 of 3.
