Largely vegetarian, I had the most light and chewy bread, soft & fluffy falafel and surprisingly tasty savory koshary, made with chickpeas & lentils. And the hummus--WOW. From our gourmet restaurants to street food, Egypt\'s food is exoctically delicious!'
