'Chicken Alfredo is a Italian pasta dish that is tossed with butter and parmesan cheese. It\'s rich, creamy and really mouth-watering. Let me share my own Filipino version of Chicken Alfredo that is loaded with flavor and delicious as it looks. This pasta is easy to make and a great dish you can prepare for the coming holidays.   Ingredients:  500 grams fettuccine 3/4 kilo chicken breast 1 tbsp salt, adjust accordingly  1 tbsp garlic powder  1/2 tbsp ground black pepper 1/4 cup butter 5 cloves garlic 1 medium onion 1 large can mushroom 2 packs all purpose cream, you can use heavy cream or half and half.  1 pack cream of mushroom, diluted in 1 cup of water 1 cup grated cheddar cheese or parmesan  1 cup water 1 piece chicken broth cube salt to taste  parsley  This pasta dish serves 6-8 persons __________________________________________________ NOTE: COOKING IS ALL ABOUT YOUR TASTE.
