'VEGAN HIGH PROTEIN SOY FREE MEAL PREP (MACROS INCLUDED)'

'My recipe book (EVODT10 for 10% off): http://www.eatveganordietrying.com  Today I wanted to bring you guys three fresh meals that you can make that are completely soy-free, delicious and are packed up with protein! MEAL 1 - Black Bean Soup:  (for a 1/5 serving of entire batch) Calories: 502  Carbs: 88 Fat: 3.5 Protein: 33.5  Mince/dice & sautee 6-7 min: 1 red, yellow and orange bell pepper 1 onion 1 handful of cilantro 6 cloves garlic  Then add these then simmer for 7-10 minutes: 1 tsp cumin 3 cans or 45 oz cooked black beans 7-8 mild jalapeno slices 3 cups veggie broth  Then take 3/4 and blend it in a blender.  Add it back to the mixture and then stir in 3/4 cup nutritional yeast.  It\'s finished, now divide it equally into 5 meal prep containers and top with lime juice, nutritional yeast and/or avocado.    MEAL 2 - Cashew Cheese Rice & Beans  Cashew Cheese Sauce (just the sauce - entire batch) Calories: 1755 Carbs: 138 Fat: 95 Protein: 115  Cashew Cheese Rice & Beans w/Greens As Prepared  Calories: 822 Carbs:  121 Fat: 21 Protein: 45  Mince/dice and sautee: 1/2 onion 1 orange bell pepper 8 cloves garlic  Then add it into a blender and blend until creamy with: 2 tsp chili powder 5-6 mild jalapeno slices 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 1.5 cups soaked raw cashews 1 cup nut milk of choice  Pour it into a bowl or tupperware for storage and add salt/pepper if needed.  Then in a meal prep container add: 1 cup cooked pinto beans 1 cup cooked rice 1/5 of the cashew cheese sauce Side of greens  And this meal is finished.
