'From Season 19 Episode 18. Guy Fiere visited Alley Restaurant in Hawaii where he got this simple turkey sandwich that was marinated 24 hours in Coke. I decided to try to make it for my family. It was so tender, juicy, and full of so much flavor. I served mine with some fries.   Marinade: 1 can 12oz Coke 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup olive oil 4 cloves garlic chopped 1/4 tsp black pepper 2-3 lbs. skinless, boneless turkey breast cut into slices  Mix all ingredients together for marinade. Add to sliced turkey and place in fridge for 24 hours.   Next day you will need: 5-6 Hoagie rolls- Toasted Leaf lettuce Mayo  On grill pan over med-high heat cook marinated turkey slices for 4-5 minutes each side. Turn frequently.  Toast hoagie rolls in oven under broiler Dice cooked turkey breast.  Spread mayo on roll, top with lettuce and generous amount of diced turkey.  Serve with side of your choice.  Enjoy, 2nd Helping Cooking'
