Enjoy easy ideas for holiday parties and holiday dinners, like Christmas, New year Wedding etc. Jollof Rice: 4 Cups Of Rice (I used Long Grain Rice) 4 tomatoes  Red bell peppers (2) 2 Habanero Pepper 1 Red Onions and 2 White Onion  1 tined Tomato paste 1 Teaspoon Of Thyme  1 Teaspoon Of Curry Powder  3 Bayleaves   1/2 or Half Teaspoon Cameroon Pepper (black pepper)  1/2 Cup Of Vegetables Oil 1 Teaspoon Of Salt 3 Maggi Cubes 1 Teaspoon Of Garlic Powder  1/2 Teaspoon Of Ginger Powder  Water Chicken Stock  Goat Meat Pepper Soup: Goat meat 2 Tablespoons Of Grinded Crayfish 2 Tablespoons Of Pepper Soup Spice  ½ Tablespoons Of Salt   1 Onion  3 Habanero de-seeded and minced  1 Teaspoon Cameroon Pepper (black pepper)  3 Maggi Cubes  Water  Chicken Pie:  6 ¼ cups of Plain Flour (or 880g)  500g Of Butter  Salt (½ Teaspoon Of salt use for the pastry while ½ Teaspoon use for cooking the filling) 1 Teaspoon Of Baking Powder  3 Eggs And 1 egg for glazing the meat pies prior to baking 500g Of Mince Chicken 1 Large Potato 1 Onion 2 Carrots  2 Maggi Cubes ½ Teaspoon Of Black Pepper (Cameroon Pepper ) 1 Teaspoon Of Thyme 1 Teaspoon Of Curry Powder  Vegetable Oil  1/4 Cup Of water Please Don’t Forget To Subscribe And Like.
