Egg - Egg\'s or contain\'s more amount of protein, each egg contains 13 grams of protein. 2. Peanut - 2nd protein-rich content food is peanut, 100gram of peanut contains 20gram of protein. 3. Almond - Almond is the good protein-rich content food every day you should consume 2 almond, It will increase your health and brain sharpness 4. Milk - Milk is a good product for all-time favorite for everyone, but the most important thing is protein content rich in every cup of milk. 150 to 200ml milk contains 10gram of protein. 5. Soya beans - 100 grams of soya beans contain 36grams of protein. So, soya beans are most protein-rich content food. The alternative is soya chunks in case you don\'t like soya beans.
