'Chicken Corn Rice Ring - Rice, Biryani, Pulao Impressing guests with a new dish which taste as good as it looks is a difficult task, Pulao is a one-pot rice dish made by cooking fragrant basmati rice with aromatic spices, herbs & sometimes stock.  Ingredients: Chicken 1 kg Yogurt 1 cup Cumin crushed 1-1/2 tsp Brown onion 3 tbsp Salt 1-1/2 tsp Allspice 1/2 tsp Sweet corn 1 tin Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Oil 1/2 cup Rice 750 gm Method: Marinate chicken with yogurt, cumin crushed, brown onion, salt, allspice, chili powder, and ginger garlic paste. Now heat oil, put chicken with all masalay, cover it and cook for 20 minutes so that oil comes up. Then add soaked rice with 2 cup water, cover it and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes. Now cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Then put sweet corn, mix it, and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot with raita.
