'Sham El-Nessim, or day of \"breathing the breeze,\" is one of the few celebrations that bring Egypt’s Muslim and Coptic Christians together.    Fesikh, a traditional Egyptian fish dish consisting of fermented salted and dried gray mullet, is often served during the Sham el-Nessim festival.'
