'In this clip I share the learnings from my visit to Peru in May 2018. I was invited by ProColombia to the annual event Encuentro Andino that took place in Arequipa this year.   The bulk driven food business has severe consequenses for small scale farming that not many people are aware of. On top of this, when processing and packing is done close or in the country of destination, a very small share of end-consumer price is left in the country of origin.   nathaliesfrukt.se'
