'What a pleasant surprise to find Koshari Street here in Borough Market, serving up these pure vegetarian street food treats. These guys used to be in Camden Lock & Stables market & we were rather sad not to have gotten anything from them when they were there......anyway that was then, this is now. Many thanks to Gabriele for explaining the Kosari\'s ingredients, which are: *White Rice, Pasta Macaroni, Vermichelli (like noodles), Brown Lentil, Rice. * Chickpeas, * & a zesty spiced or mild Tomato sauce. * Further flavour is added with their own very own secret recipe dry sprinkle mix \"Doqqa\", an unique blended mix of spices, dried herbs and nuts which includes Peanuts, Coriander Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Dried Chickpeas + more....... * It\'s all put together & finally topped with crunchy caramelised onions. * It\'s dressed with a delicious Olive Oil vinaigrette which is made using: Vinegar, Garlic, Lemon, Cumin & Chilli Sauce.
