'I\'m cooking one of my favorite dishes from traveling abroad! Today\'s international cuisine theme is Egypt and I am making \"Koshari\" or كشري‎, which is the national dish of Egypt and popular street food. Pair it with a movie set in Egypt such as James Bond \"The Spy Who Loved Me\" which was filmed in Cairo, Luxor, and Abu Simbel.   This is a tasty rice and lentil dish that is budget friendly and vegan. I am paring it with hibiscus tea, a popular drink in Egypt.
