Ingredients: Sprouted Green Gram / Mulaikattiya Pachai Payaru - 1 cup (pressure cooked for 2 whistle) Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp Black Gram Sabut (Ulutham Paruppu) - 1 tsp Curry Leaves – few Onion - 1 (big size) finely chopped Coconut – 1/4 cup (grated) Ginger - 1 tsp / 1 inch finely chopped Green Chillies – 4 Oil as required Salt as per taste Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. 2. Add the mustard seeds, Black gram, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and onion. 3. Fry for 30 seconds and add the cooked green gram. 4. Add coconut and salt. 5. Stir to mix well. 6.
