'TODAY\'S DIET MEAL 1: 4 WHOLE EGGS WITH 10 ML COCONUT OIL + CUCUMBER MEAL 2: 200 GMS MASHED POTATO + 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN + 1 BANANA MEAL 3: 175 GMS OF MANGO + 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN MEAL 4: 125 COOKED CHICKEN BREAST + 60 GMS RICE + VEGGIES MEAL 5: 100 GMS PANEER + SATTU SHAKE (50 GMS OF SATTU + 10 GMS FLAX SEEDS) THE DIET WAS MOSTLY ON POINT. HOWEVER I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO REDUCE THE QUANTITY OF MANGO I USED . ROTIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE DINNER, BUT I EXHAUSTED MY QUOTA OF CARBS FOR THE DAY.
