As an Indian, I needed some extra seasoning which I added in ramen. In veg ramen most important is stock and in this recipe, I tried my best to add Indian and Japanese ingredients in the easiest way. I hope this recipe will help all those people like me who love it eat Japanese and Asian food and wants to try Japanese-style veg ramen at home in the Indian way.
