'Palitaw is made of glutinous rice flour cooked in boiled water,  topped with sesame seeds and brown sugar. Toppings vary to everyones taste, you can use young grated coconut caramelized in brown sugar, or just plain grated young coconut with sesame seeds mix with brown sugar.
