Cover well and let sit 1/2 hour - overnight. Grill the pork chops on each side for 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF. Let rest at least 3 minutes before serving. Pork is safe and most delicious when cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, followed by a 3-minute rest. Pork should look pink, not white.
