'Turkish Kokorech, locally known as Kokoreç, is a typical Turkish dish made from lamb intestines! That\'s right, the intestines of lambs are removed and cleaned thoroughly, and wrapped onto a cylinder shape before being roasted for about two hours. It may seem easy at first sight but this special street food takes hours to be prepared and cooked as one roll of Kokorech spit requires the intestines of a whopping four lambs!
