Ga Roti Recipe: 4 chicken legs 2 tsp kosher salt 2 tsp black pepper 4 garlic cloves roughly minced 2 tbsp unsalted butter In a plate generously salt the chicken with kosher salt, minced garlic, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes. When ready to cook, heat a pan with butter until melted. Add 2 chicken legs at a time and sear the skin just until golden brown. Finish off the rest and place on baking pan. Roast at 400 degrees or 15-20 minutes until juices run clear. Remove from oven and enjoy! Tomato Fried Rice recipe: 4 cups day old white rice (jasmine or medium grain rice preferred) 2 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp maggi sauce 1 tbsp olive oil In a medium frying pan, add olive oil and let it get hot. Next add cold day old rice and break it up with a wood spoon or spatula. Once it softens, add oyster sauce, ketchup, and maggi sauce. Mix until evenly distributed. Add to plate and serve.
