'This video features Mr. Nishkarsh Agarwal, who is a BTech in food technology management from the prestigious National Institute of Food Technology and Management-NIFTEM, MoFPI. He finished his bachelor\'s in 2020 with an internship at DFRL-DRDO and with several projects, new products developments, and competitions to his name. He shares with us that while sitting for placements in research, production, and new product development roles he realized that calling is more toward management. Although he gave his first attempt for CAT in 2019 but could not secure the desired results. He takes a gap year with all the support from his family and friends and aces CAT and XAT in 2020. Nishkarsh had calls from all the baby IIM\'s, new IIM\'s, and IIMA-FABM. He then shares with us his journey during preparation, interview process, and how he selected HRM at XLRI as the best fit for himself. Towards the end of the video, he shares some strategies for the CAT sectionals and interview process for all the people who are trying to ace this exam.
