'~Recipe~ • Slice potatoes thinly with a Mandoline Slicer or Food Processor • Soak the sliced potatoes in salty water. (It helps to soften them) • 500gr ground beef • 1 chopped onion • 2 crushed garlic cloves • 1/2 cup chopped parsley • 1/4 Cup (pre-soaked) white rice. Break the rice in your food processor. Add to the meat. • 1Tbsp red pepper paste or tomato paste • 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper • 1 tsp Baharat spice mix or all-spice seasoning •drizzle olive oil. • mix well and this is the filling. • roll the sliced potatoes with the meat and place it tightly one by one. • drizzle olive oil on all the rolls. -SAUCE- • 1 Tbsp tomato paste • 1 heaps full Tbsp chicken bullion powder • 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper • boiling water • mix well & pour it on the rolls • bake it at 400F until golden.'
