In a dish add 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tsp coriander 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp smoked paprika 2 cups plain greek yogurt Juice from 1 lemon 2 cloves garlic with 1 knob ginger, smashed 5-6 drops plant-based red food color Mix together, add chicken (after scoring the pieces) Marinate 6 hrs - overnight Place on a baking rack on a baking sheet, linked with foil Bake 25-30 min @ 500º F. Turn on the broiler for 5 minutes to char the skin.
