'FILIPINO BAMBOO COOKING IN CATEEL DAVAO ORIENTAL!  What a treat this was!  April 20th, happens to be the birthday of Mama Rose\'s son Mike, and April 22nd happens to be my birthday.  So, we combined forces and had a unique Filipino food dinner.  Cooking in bamboo is something that can be found around different areas of the Philippines... but, I had never experienced it in Cateel.  And, I have never tried \"Hipon\" before.  No, that isn\'t shrimp... \"Hipon\" is the term for little fish that come down the river here in Cateel during rainy season.  Mama Rose had some specially harvested, and then created a unique recipe inside bamboo!  In this video, we learn a little about bamboo cooking, and have fun as a family here along the coast of Mindanao!  RARE DAVAO FISH BAMBOO COOKING IN CATEEL!!!
