'This video will show you how to prepare baby food, how to cook baby food and how to feed your baby solids. Starting solid food is one of the exciting, interesting yet challenging stage for you and for your baby. This is the time you\'re baby will taste other food than milk. This is also the time that your baby will need more source of energy and nutrients other than milk. We parents, we\'ll fill those need with nutritious complementary foods. In this video I showed the first 10 foods that my baby had when he was 6 months. I included some of the clips of my baby eating the actual food for you to see baby\'s initial reaction to different tastes. I followed 3-day rule so that I\'ll be able to identify the culprit in case my baby gets an allergy but I am very thankful that he\'s okay with all those 10 vegetables/fruits. MASHED SQUASH - Calabaza is the common name for Cucurbita moschata in Cuba, Florida, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines (where it is also spelled kalabasa). MASHED CARROTS- The carrot (Daucus carota subsp. sativus) is a root vegetable, usually orange in colour, though purple, black, red, white, and yellow cultivars exist.
