'We traveled to Iloilo City for the Dinagyang Festival 2019 and used this opportunity to try some amazing addictive Filipino Street Food. The dish we tried was Batchoy which is a local delicacy in Iloilo City. Batchoy is made of an intense broth containing. Pancit, a filipino variation of ramen, pork liver, chicken innards and strips of beef and vegetables. Batchoy is served with a heaping of fried garlic and crumbled chicharon bits. Additionally, they served our four portions with an extra bowl of broth. Our four bolws of pinoy iloilo batchoy amounted to 600PHP total which is a bargain for the huge portions of Batchoy we had. We had yet another phenomenal pinoy food experience in Iloilo City and will continue this food adventure tomorrow with some more pinoy street food and filipino snacks on the shores of Iloilo.
