'Char kway teow, or sometimes known as Char koay teow, is a popular Malaysia street food found commonly in Penang. The dish is made by stir frying Flat noodles, bean sprout, prawns and eggs. Dark sauce and chili is also added to give it a spicy kick. Char Kway Teow has a huge variety of taste, with some street food vendors’ being sweeter and some being more savoury. The Char Kway Teow is fried in a Wok normally, giving it a charred taste that is fragrant.
