'FOR ME, THIS IS SOME OF THE BEST FOOD YOU CAN EAT IN THE PHILIPPINES!  Fresh Lapu-Lapu cooked sweet and sour is so delicious!  Jandee and myself scored a fish from our suki store here in Cateel.  We took it back to Higadan Resort and started having a cooking night with everyone.  The vibes were awesome, the cooking was fun... and the lapu lapu was freaking delicious!    Could this be the best sweet and sour fish recipe in the Philippines!?  Simple, local, fresh, and DELICIOUS!
