Line baking tray with baking paper. • Blend tuna until smooth. • Combine tuna and egg. Add flour (sifted) and mix to form a dough, adding water if mixture is too dry or flour if it’s too wet. • Lightly flour a surface and roll out mixture to ¼ inch thickness. • Cut out biscuits then put on baking tray. • Bake for 20-25 minutes until crunchy. • Let biscuits cool. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.'
