'What I Ate to Lose & Maintain 88 Pounds ♡ | My Weight Loss Food Diary #6'

I just mix protein powder + water.  - I eat 120g or less of carbs a day, lately my average has been 85g (I count ALL carbs even from fruit, veggies etc). - I try to get as close to 100g of protein each day.
