'Hi food lovers, my name is Adrian and I love food. Thank you for joining me again, today we are back in Brisbane checking out the best Indian street food restaurant. After talking to a number of people from the Indian community and conducting my own research on Google, the decision was unanimous, the best Indian street food restaurant in Brisbane is Mirchh Masala. Opened in December 2009, Mirchh Masala is plating up some of the best, most authentic Indian street food which is strictly vegetarian. Specialising in traditional meals including India’s most consumed street food, Bhaji Pav, which is a delicacy prepared with more than 40 ingredients, as well as Masala Cheese Dosa which is one of the most popular South Indian dishes, a kind of crepe with spicy potato filling, Chutney Puri which is one of the favourite street snacks of India packing a sweet and sour flavour, patrons will be spoilt with some delicious options and as he manager explains, everything is made fresh to order. True to its street food heritage, the restaurant serves its meals on an eclectic mix of plastic, paper and tin foil plates and bowls, accompanied with plastic knives and forks. This no-frills plating just adds to the low-key charm of the place and puts the focus on the food. According to theurbanlist.com: “This is undoubtedly one of Brisbane’s best Indian restaurants, and certainly Brisbane’s most authentic North Indian street food.” And on that note, let’s go order and see just how delicious their food actually is.'
