'Traditional Village Style Nethallu Pulusu || నెత్తళ్ళ పులుసు || Wirally Food'

'Authentic Andhra food evariki nachhadu? Flavourful, spicy and from the Telugu states, this recipe is a must-try if you love Fish.   Ingredients:  250 grams Anchovies/Nethallu  1 tsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1/4 tbsp Fenugreek seeds 1/2 cup Onion 3 Green chillies 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tomato Salt (As per taste) 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder  1 tsp Corriander Powder 1 tsp Garam Masala 1 cup Tamarind water  1 cup Water Curry leaves  Procedure:  1. In a pan, take some oil and fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds. Once they are tempered, add onions and green chillies, and stir fry until the onions turn slightly golden brown.  2. To this, add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and mix it well. Add salt and cover the pan with a lid and cook the tomatoes for 5 minutes.  3. Now, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and give it a nice stir. Add tamarind water, water and curry leaves to this mixture and cook it covered for 5 minutes.  4. Lastly, add Nethallu or Anchovies to this mixture and simmer cook it for 10 minutes.  5. Your hot and spicy Nethallu Pulusu is now ready to be served with rice or roti.
