'Doenjang-jjigae(Soybean paste stew) is common on Korean tables,  and it is known as the dish that best represents nostalgic home cooking.   #kfood #doenjang #soybeanpaste  [Cooking ingredients] Traditional soybean paste, Kelp broth, Anchovy, Kelp, Red pepper powder, Onion,  Mushroom, Zucchini, Dried pumpkin, Green onion, Tofu, Cheongyang red chili pepper   [Recipe]  1. Mix the traditional soybean paste and dissolve well in the kelp broth 2. Place anchovy and kelp in a strainer and boil in the soybean paste water 3. When it boils, add red pepper powder 4. Remove the soup strainer, and add the sturdier vegetables* first into the boiling broth. (*Onion, Mushroom, Zucchini) 5. Add the remaining ingredients* and boil (*Dried pumpkin, Green onion, Tofu, Cheongyang red chili pepper)
