If you know my main philosophy on eating, it is that carbs are not \"evil\" and \"fat\" is not evil. What is important is the type of fat and carb you consume, (needs to be from real food) as both fats and carbs are necessary to good health, although carb restriction definitely helps to burn fat under certain conditions, if you are carb restricted for too long a period though, Leptin levels plummet leading to slowed fat loss, which is why I do it only 3 days a week.
