'In this video I\'m using all-natural ingredients to make Red, Green, Yellow & Black food coloring - these colors can be used in many ways, and are especially useful for doughs. They are also an excellent way to get kids to eat more vegetables. Then I\'m using these colors to make MY version of Rasta Pasta. Some Rastafarians do not eat eggs or shellfish, so pls overlook them. Also, there are some who do not include black in the Rastafarian colors. The portions / measurements given are to be used as starting points only - it\'s impossible to gauge the amount of water content in the vegetables you are using.
