Beans with Arabic bread is fast, nutritious and delicious!  When i was in Cairo, I managed to eat a lot of street food and there were so many different delicious things to eat. And not only is does the food taste good, it\'s so cheap it\'s nearly impossible to resist! While I enjoyed lots of dishes like falafel, sandwiches, hawawshy and starch filled kushari, it was the street side ful medames mashed fava beans that I enjoyed the most.
