'We live in the extremely rural country side of Central PA and feed practically everyone who comes to the door asking for food. It was May 23rd, the raccoons have their babies already, and the deer cows are about to give birth. This cow isn\'t pregnant, which makes me assume she must be elderly. She is keen on cat food and dog food, and she will steal it whenever she can. She knows me from the winter feedings (we feed deer corn between Dec-April), so she is not afraid of me. Deer are royalty to me, so I am always very polite to them. I call her Meine Dame (Madame or My Lady). Usually I am speaking German with all animals, it comes naturally, as that is my first language. For the sake of this video I am speaking English, but it feels strange to do so, and I guess it sounds strange for that reason.'
