'I ordered Jollibee breakfast meal last year of Sept. through Grab. Please don\'t get me wrong, I love Jollibee and forever will and I still use Grab for my food delivery needs; however, it has been couple of months that I am not getting a good answer nor a call from the Supervisor which I have requested months ago from Grab. November of same year, I had another delivery from Jollibee and they got my order wrong and the manager called me. I finally had the chance to talk to her about the worm incident I reported which she acknowledged she received the report from my address but did not apologize and blamed the motor being used by Grab app and said it might be dirty. Hence, I went back to Grab to tell them my conversation I had with Jollibee\'s manager but I kept on getting generic response from Krizia. I requested for a supervisor 2 months ago but the last time they updated me was last Jan 12 just to say she made a follow up about my case. I am not after anything but this is poor service in handling customer complains and we are talking about food.'See also:
