'The 41 years old street burger. Hillside Uncle Burger has been around so for 4 decades now. What makes the Hillside uncle burger special is that the burger uncle or fondly known as Onion uncle to me and to all the people that I know. The nickname came about because of the amount onion he puts in. He also adds sauerkraut so when you bite into the burger you get the onion, sauerkraut and the patty. That makes this street burger unique compare with all the other street burgers out there. I have very much grown up eating the burger from here, much more as a kid then now but whenever I bite into these burgers brings back my childhood memories. It\'s a nostalgic feeling. I think there many people out there like me who can connect with the Hillside Uncle Burger.
