'Penang Dry Wantan Mee (Handmade Wanton) | Penang Street Food Recipes'

'Wantan Mee, also known as Wanton Noodles or Konlo Mee is a very popular street food here in Penang. Wantan Mee is usually served with Chinese barbecued pork, wanton pork dumplings (boiled or fried), leafy vegetables, spring onions, topped with pickled chilies and sambal, and accompanied by a small bowl of soup with more wantons. In my version, I\'m making Chicken Char Siew and wanton dumplings wrapped with prawns and pork. To make the egg noodles firm and not too soggy (al dente), soak in water immediately after cook.This is truly the ultimate comfort food at home.
