Especially Horse gram plays a major roll in weight loss. #healthybreakfast#weightloss  Ingredients: (Wash and Soak the following ingredients for 3hours and then add 2pieces of garlic, a small piece of ginger and grind) Bengal gram/Channa dal  -1/4 cup Brown Rice  - 1/4 cup Yellow Moong dal - 1/4 cup Toor dal - 1/4 cup Sprouted Green gram -1/4 cup Sprouted Horse gram- 1/2 cup Head dal -1Tbsp Whole Red Chillies- 2 to 5  For Dosa. Add the following with the batter. Required amount of Salt Drumstick leaves/Moringa leaves- 1cup Chopped onion Cumin seeds- 1/2tsp Crushed pepper-1/4 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves- 1tbsp Chopped Curry leaves- 3 Asafoetida/Hing 1/4tsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp Water Oil.'
