'Chicken breast can be one of those ingredients that gets old as we eat it often, and it needs... a lift so to say. A Chicken Kiev is a great way to revitalise a chicken breast, adding the great flavours of garlic and herbs, and the richness of butter. As well as the crunchy texture of the fried crust. I never made a chicken kiev before so I tried the recipe from Chef John, the Bob Ross of cooking.
