'60 KG beef spleen & 60 KG potato mixed dry curry recipe cooking in village.   Village ladies cutting all the tilli\'s into small small pieces and then they boiled it and cutting potato into small small pieces.  Then they added all kind of spice ingredient and cooking delicious dry curry recipe of beef Spleen.  Women also cook 60 KG rice to serve with beef spleen.  After finish cooking ladies serve the food to whole village people.
