'Pro Form Hybrid Trainer 2 Review and Complaint: We purchased this Pro Form Hybrid Trainer II Elliptical Trainer on April 11, 2017 and after spending three hours to put it together it didn\'t work at all. The resistance could not be set and no workouts could be programmed. Attempting to call the manufacturer on Thursday evening I had to wait until Tuesday when customer service opened. I was told they could offer no help or assistance unless I registered first and then all they could do was maybe mail another computerized program console. They said the only option is to return if I did not want to register the product in my name.'
