'Since 1977, Women’s Resource Center (WRC) has been a listening ear, a helping hand and in some cases, a lifeline to individuals experiencing domestic violence. Please help us support their mission by attending our Zumba® Toning Master Class on Sunday March 22 from 1-2:30pm (doors open at 12:30pm). This master class will be lead by multiple Zumba® Toning Instructors and will be an exhilarating and fun event! Get ready to sweat, workout and have a blast! To participate we ask that you bring items from the \"wish list\" We are gratefully accepting the following items to help clients. Wish List: ► Baby Wipes ► Diapers & Pull-ups, all sizes (especially 4 & 5) ► Gas Gift Cards ► Grocery, Target, Walmart, etc. Gift Cards ► Track Cell Phones and refill cards ► Paper products (toilet paper, Paper Towels, Kleenex, paper cups and plates, napkins, disposable utensils) ► Toiletries Items (Full-size shampoos, conditioners, deodorant, feminine products, body washes, hand soap, razors, shaving cream, toothbrushes & toothpaste, dental floss, moisturizers, hair products, skin products, laundry detergent) ► Twin bed sheets, blankets and pillowcases ► Non Perishable Food ► Bus passes What is Zumba® Toning: Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. We will have Toning sticks available on a first come basis but please bring your own should you have them. You may also use 1-2lbs weight, for your safety no more than 2lbs. please.
