'This seems to be a common problem, here is the fix we preformed when we couldn\'t get Sears to come out (though purchasing a contract). Tried to get them on a Monday and no dice... I said it could be a month out if need be. She said nothing is available, call back in a couple of weeks??? Such great service - NOT'
