Cut into small pieces after for easier eating. Drain and rinse until clean.  1/4 lb Cube rib eye and add 1 tbsp soy sauce - mix and let marinate  In a large pot, heat and add 2 tsp sesame oil 4 cloves minced garlic - saute a couple minutes, then add the  marinaded beef, saute until golden brown.  Add the seaweed and fill the pot to the top with filtered water.  Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover, and let simmer for 1 hour. Taste and add soy sauce to your liking.  Serve with brown rice and kimchi!
