You\'re going to need: -3 pounds of chicken wings You can get party wings which include wing tips, the wing, and the drummettes. And for the sauce you\'re going to need: -1/4 cup of soy sauce -1/4 cup gochujang, which is basically this spicy korean red pepper paste, that you can find at most local supermarkets nowadays, or at the asian market. -1/4 cup honey -3 cloves of minced garlic -1 tbsp grated ginger -1 tbsp of rice vinegar -1 tbsp of sesame oil -1 tbsp of sesame seeds -1 tbsp of chopped green onions First fire up the grill to medium-high heat. Once your grill has been heating for about five minutes, place the chicken on the grill. Grill it for about ten minutes on each side until it\'s completely cooked. Make sure you\'re not charring it though; so if you get a little bit of char, lower the heat, and extend the cooking time. While the chicken\'s cooking we\'re going to make the sauce. In a big bowl, combine your soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar, and mix it well. And then stir in your garlic and ginger. Now that your chicken\'s done cooking, take it off the grill and toss it in the bowl with the sauce. Make sure that every chicken is coated with the sauce so that you get that nice flavor. Now take your chicken and throw it back on the grill for another five minutes. You\'re heating up the sauce so that it develops a nice caramelization and crust on the chicken. Delicious! For a little bit of garnish I like to add a little bit of sesame seeds and the chopped green onions right on top. MmmMm! It has that nice crunch from the caramelization and then it\'s nice and spicy! I hope you give this recipe a try on your next big game day.
